Process
Please contact us and let us know what kind of pet(s) you have, the date of travel (exact or approximate timing) and destination.
We will reply with the best date range for your appointment and a quote (costs vary depending on what type of health certificate is needed and destination). Most frequently this should be about 9-10 days prior to travel. I will request any vaccination documentation be sent to be in advance.
Once an appointment is set, we will meet you and your pet at an agreed upon location to perform the health examination and any needed treatment.
I will prepare the health certificate and sign it and submit via VEHCS online system to the USDA. They will review and endorse (counter-sign) the heath certificate and then email it to me if allowed by the destination country OR fed-ex it overnight to you at your address.
